Services We Provide

Custom and digital signage design & fabrication.
Website design & development.
SEO and digital marketing solutions.

Each project will be detailed in a separate quote, invoice, or service agreement specifying scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Orders & Payment

Orders require a confirmed quote and acceptance in writing or via digital confirmation.
Payment terms are outlined in your invoice. Full or partial upfront payment may be required.
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Delivery & Timelines

Signage orders are typically delivered within 20–25 days, unless otherwise agreed.
Website and SEO project timelines vary based on complexity and will be communicated before the start date.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., shipping issues, supplier shortages, extreme weather).

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate project specifications and brand materials.
Approve design proofs before fabrication.
Ensure all content provided (logos, images, text) is owned by you or used with permission.

Revisions & Approvals

For signage: Up to [X] revisions are included before fabrication begins; additional revisions may incur fees. For websites: Revision limits will be specified in your project agreement. Once final approval is given, changes may require additional costs.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refunds or replacements for damaged goods must be requested within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Intellectual Property

Designs created by us remain the property of Singhfreres until full payment is received.
Completed, paid-for designs become the property of the client unless otherwise agreed.

Website & SEO Services

While we use industry best practices, we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions or traffic volumes.
Ongoing SEO performance depends on multiple factors, including search engine algorithm changes and client participation.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses due to business interruption or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for issues arising from client-provided materials.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
